Gide counsel to the banks supporting the AD Education Group in the refinancing of its existing debt totalling €700,000,000

Gide advised Mizuho Bank Europe N.V., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., London Branch, Natixis, NatWest Bank Europe GmbH, NatWest Markets N.V., and Société Générale, supporting the AD Education Group, a leading higher education group controlled by Ardian, in the refinancing of its existing debt amounting to €700,000,000, including the acquisition of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci completed a few months earlier.

The team comprised partners Eric Cartier-Millon and Nathalie Benoit, and associate Lucie Boiteux.
