Gide's team, with partner Eric Cartier Millon, counsel Nathalie Benoit, associates Margaux Allilaire and Margaux Lefebvre on financing aspects, and partner Magali Buchert on tax aspects, has advised the banks on the senior financing for the acquisition by Ardian of a majority stake in ADE Holding, the head company of AD Education group.
The banking syndicate comprised ING Bank NV (France), Natixis and The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland.
