Gide has advised Swiss Life Asset Managers on the tax and legal structuring, acquisition and financing of a portfolio of 28 office assets in prime locations in Paris, representing a total surface area of 102,000 m2, for an overall amount of EUR 1.7 billion from listed property company Terreïs.
The Haussmann-style buildings are located primarily within Paris' central business district, in the 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th and 10th arrondissements, will now be owned by various real estate funds managed by the Swiss Life AM entities in Switzerland, France, Germany and Luxembourg.
