Gide has advised Soitec on its offering of bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new and/or existing ordinary shares (known as OCEANEs), for a nominal amount of approximately EUR 325 million, by way of placement to qualified investors.
BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and J.P. Morgan Securities plc acted as joint global coordinators of the offering.
Soitec is a world leader in designing and manufacturing innovative semiconductor materials.
