Gide has advised Pétrofrance S.A. on the sale of TEPSA, a Spain-based leading bulk liquid storage operator, to Rubis Terminal, a joint venture between I Squared Capital, an international infrastructure fund manager, and Rubis, a French listed company specializing in the storage of petroleum products.
Gide's team was headed by partners Olivier Diaz and Charles de Reals, working with associate Henri Stiegler on corporate/M&A aspects, and partner Magali Buchert with counsel Brian Martin on tax aspects.
Law firm Cuatrecasas advised on Spanish law matters.
