Gide has advised Omnes Capital on structuring its fourth fund, Capenergie 4, dedicated to European players in the renewable energies sector. Launched in 2019, the marketing of this new vehicle should be complete by the end of 2020 and has already reached its first closing stage with 380 million euros pledged, in particular thanks to the renewed support of the European Investment Bank.
Omnes Capital was represented by Gide, with counsel Rima Maîtrehenry and associate Kikoun Landry Coulibaly on aspects of fund structuring, working with partners Christian Nouel and Bertrand Jouanneau, as well as associate Sacha Najafi, on tax aspects.
