OLIFAN Immo 18, a professional real estate collective investment body (in French: Organisme Professionnel de Placement Collectif Immobilier or OPPCI), managed by property company Foncière Magellan, acquired an hôtel particulier for office use located 179 avenue Victor Hugo in Paris' central and sought-after16th arrondissement.
The recently refurbished building covers 1,182 sq.m., and is fully leased to Alma Consulting.
Gide assisted the purchaser with a team comprising partner Hugues Moreau and associate Capucine Pélissié.
