Gide has advised Mirova on its EUR 18 million investment within the share capital of Corsaire, a subsidiary of Corfu Solaire, itself part of group Terre et Lac that is dedicated to the development, construction, and operation of land-based solar power infrastructure.
This first funding round will help Corfu Solaire finance the completion of 12 solar power projects for a total equivalent installed power of 129 MWc.
Mirova is a management company dedicated to sustainable investment and an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers. Mirova has been actively investing in renewable energy infrastructure for 17 years, with over 2 GW of installed capacity in over 180 wind, solar, water and biomass projects in Europe.
The Mirova team comprised Anne-Laure Messier-Marguier, Vincent Taouss, Francesca Tancredi and Marie-Lou Heritier.
