Gide has advised Michelin, world leader in tyres and sustainable mobility, on the launch of a joint venture with Faurecia, technology leader in the automotive industry, bringing together all their operations dedicated to hydrogen fuel cells with the aim of becoming a world leader in hydrogen mobility.
SYMBIO, a Faurecia Michelin Hydrogen Company is equally owned by Faurecia and Michelin. It develops, produces and markets hydrogen fuel cell systems for light vehicles, utility vehicles, trucks and other applications.
Gide's team advising Michelin on this transaction was led by partner Guillaume Rougier-Brierre, working with associates Morgan Maréchal and Elisa Domingues.
