Gide has advised Meridiam on the acquisition of a majority stake in Voltalis, the European leader in Demand Response for residential and commercial end-users.
On this occasion, Meridiam and Voltalis are proud to announce the strengthening of their ambitions, with the aim of equipping one million homes in France and Europe with Voltalis’ smart devices by 2024.
This increased ambition is supported by the European Investment Bank's intervention in 2019 to finance Voltalis solutions in France, and by the momentum generated by the recent European Clean Energy Package.
