Gide has advised Marguerite II, a leading European infrastructure fund, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Keon S.A. from a pool of funds managed by Generis Capital Partners, Citizen Capital, Supernova Invest and Sigma Gestion.
Keon is an industrial group active across the entire biogas value chain: development of, and investment in, biogas production plants, design and construction of these units, and their operation and maintenance.
This investment is in line with Marguerite’s investment strategy in renewables.
Marguerite’s team was led by Guillaume Rivron, with Pierre Gerbeaud, Mattia Borello and Adrian Pawelec.
