Gide has advised Ivanhoé Cambridge on the acquisition of a 430,000 sq.m. logistics portfolio and brand "Hub&Flow" from The Carlyle Group.
The portfolio includes 17 major logistics assets located in the Paris and Lyon regions, with surface areas ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 sq.m.
This acquisition performed through 17 share deals forms an integral part of Ivanhoé Cambridge's expansion strategy in Europe, where the company had already acquired the PLP operational platform in the United Kingdom.
Gide's team assisting Ivanhoé Cambridge on this transaction was headed by partner Hugues Moreau, working with associates Sophie Gillard, Capucine Pélissié, Elisa Domingues, Charline Boittin and Edouard Royer on corporate and real estate aspects, as well as associates Elise Marie and Sihem Hassani on intellectual property aspects.
The buyer was also advised by notarial office Allez & Associés.
