Gide has advised Infravia European Fund II, an investment company that specialises in infrastructure, on the sale to 3i European Operational Projects Fund of its majority stake in the company that owns the public-private partnership of music and performing arts centre La Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt, a western suburb of Paris.
Active on the market since 2008, InfraVia today manages four funds that specialise in infrastructure, holds EUR 4 billion of assets under management, and has conducted some 30 investments in Europe. A pioneer of the infrastructure sector in Europe, InfraVia was one of the first management companies to invest in the infrastructure that the digital economy relies upon (data centres, fibre optic networks).
Gide's team comprised partner Guillaume Rougier-Brierre and associate Elsa Dufaut.
3i was advised by Orrick, with Patrick Tardivy and Lara Donnedieu de Vabres.
