Eiffage has announced it has signed a syndicated loan agreement for an amount of EUR 2 billion with a five-year maturity, and potential extension of one year each.
The implementation of this credit line enables Eiffage to further the group's resources, to improve the conditions of such resources, and to analyse the group's performance in two extra-financial fields, i.e. safety at work and carbon footprint.
The credit line was subscribed with a pool comprising 22 leading French and international banking institutions.
Eiffage was advised by Gide, with a team comprising partner Laetitia Lemercier, working with associate Clara Toubert.
