Gide has advised Crédit Mutuel Arkéa on the launch of its subsidiary Arkéa Flex with two property entrepreneurs, as well as on the negotiation of the related commercial contracts.
The project is based on the patented "Flex" technology that makes it possible to create flexible, scalable buildings thanks to a system of cells (from 18 to 25 sq.m. each) that can be combined horizontally or vertically to create, reduce or enlarge flats depending on the needs of the occupiers.
Gide's team comprised partner Axelle Toulemonde, working with associate Chloé Bouhours on M&A aspects; partner Raphaëlle Dequiré-Portier and associate Camille d'Angerville on intellectual property aspects; partner Nicolas Planchot and associate Paul Cheysson on real estate aspects; and partner Thierry Dor and associate Aurélie Pacaud on aspects of data protection and new technologies.
The partners of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa were advised by firm E. Bloch Legal.
