Gide has advised the Climater group, a climate engineering leader in France, on the acquisition of French company Amardeilh, a plumbing and heating contractor located in the Toulouse region (south-west of France), from its holding company Financière Da Costa.
This acquisition strengthens the position of Climater in the south-west region of France Occitanie, proving it access to the plumbing and heating market, thus increasing its turnover by 18M€.
This operation has been part of an acquisition strategy led by Climater, to secure its activity on the French market.
Gide's team advising Climater on these acquisitions was steered by partner Anne Tolila, with associates Pauline Schaeffer and Sarah Doray, advising on corporate aspects.
