Casino Group has announced that it has finalised the sale of 12 Géant Casino hypermarkets and 19 Monoprix and Casino Supermarchés supermarket stores, valued at 465 million euros, following the signature in April 2019 of an agreement with companies affiliated to Apollo Global Management LLC.
Casino Group remains involved in the creation of value through this transaction as it retains an interest in the company formed by the funds managed by Apollo Global Management.
