Gide advised Bergamotte, French startup specialized in flowers and plants delivery on the Internet, and its shareholders, in connection with the sale of 100% of its share capital to the UK company Bloom & Wild.
With this transaction that follows a prior acquisition of bloomon in the Netherlands, Bloom & Wild becomes a key player in Europe being present in 8 countries and with a turnover exceeding €200 million.
