Gide has advised Aviva Investors Real Estate France on the acquisition of property complex SoCo, the new headquarters of group FaberNovel.
Located rue Saint Lazare in the very heart of Paris' cluster tech, the building's 5,500 sq.m. workspace was entirely restructured in 2017 and is now organised around a garden, a high-ceilinged entrance hall, a contemporary coffee area, as well as workshop and co-working spaces. The building is looking to obtain the HQE "Excellent", Breeam "Very Good", and BBC Effinergie certifications.
Gide assisted Aviva Investors on the real estate aspects of this transaction with partner Hugues Moreau and associate Sibylle Chomel de Varagnes.
The notarial office Screeb Notaires also assisted the buyer.
