Gide has advised 360 Capital on structuring its fifth fund, 360 Capital Fund V. Its initial closing raised EUR 90 million and will serve to support future champions and finance the post-crisis innovation cycle. As with its previous operations, the fund will focus on innovations and breakthrough technology. Fundraising will continue to reach the EUR 150 million target by the end of the year.
360 Capital was represented by Gide, with counsel Rima Maîtrehenry and associate Kikoun Landry Coulibaly.
