Gide has advised banks BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, acting as co-lead arrangers, on the refinancing of the Beaugrenelle shopping centre in Paris. The two international banks enabled the Beaugrenelle Paris shareholders, i.e. Financière Apsys, Madar group and Financière Saint James, to secure a EUR 660 million refinancing.
Gide's team advising BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank on this operation was headed by partner Rémi Tabbagh, with counsels Delphine Guillotte on aspects of finance and Constantin Miliotis on aspects of real estate, and associates Julien Aillet and Sacha Najafi on aspects of tax law.
The Beaugrenelle Paris shareholders were advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
