Gide advised Veolia Environnement on the establishment of two Panda Bonds Programmes of RMB 5 billion each, approved by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and two first Panda Bonds issuances thereunder for an amount of RMB 750 million each.

These operations, which have been prepared on the basis of the most recent Chinese regulations, take place in the context of a significant development of the Panda Bonds market and confirm French and European issuers’ appetite for this market.
