Gide announces the appointment of Human Resources Director Axelle Baranek, Chief Financial Officer Cyrille Dreuillet, and Chief Digital Officer Frédéric Levaux,.
In line with the ambitions of its Executive Committee, Gide is accelerating its transformation and growth in order to better respond to the challenges of its clients and teams, in particular in terms of lawyer training, CSR, financial performance, cybersecurity and data use.

The appointments of Axelle, Cyrille and Frédéric are a clear indication of our will to support our teams in their work. Accelerating our digital transformation in particular is an ambitious process that will enable us to uphold and develop our position in an increasingly competitive market."
Axelle Baranek, Human Resources Director
Axelle Baranek (47) is a graduate of Sciences Po in financial economics. She began her career as Senior Financial Auditor within Mazars before joining Deloitte Finance, where she worked for over 10 years as HRM and member of the Executive Committee of the Financial Advisory activity. She joins Gide with the aim of enhancing the firm's employer brand, supporting its transformation and driving change in its human resources department, all the while meeting the firm's growth challenges.
Axelle Baranek says: "In an environment as competitive as that of law firms, it is crucial to be able to attract and retain the best talented lawyers. This means we must keep a close eye on the market and ensure the professional development of our lawyers by boosting our training policy, fostering diversity and inclusion, and putting in place a competitive remuneration policy".
Cyrille Dreuillet, Chief Financial Officer
Cyrille Dreuillet (48) graduated from both the French building and civil engineering institution (ESTP), and the HEC Paris business school. Cyrille worked for 20 years directing companies and their financial services, with a strong international dimension, including in South-East Asia and North America. He has successively worked as consultant at Kroll, Director-General at Equator Paris, Managing Director at Archetype in Vietnam and then Financial Director of the group before joining Gide in 2021. His roadmap includes supporting the firm's change in ERP and improving its lawyers' financial performance.

Frédéric Levaux, Chief Digital Officer
Frédéric Levaux (51) holds an MBA from HEC and a BBA from the American University of Paris. He worked for twelve years advising on technology and digital strategy, successively for KPMG, Oliver Wyman, Greenwich Consulting, E&Y and in industry for Pernod Ricard and Legrand. A born entrepreneur, he has set up three companies: a web agency in 2000, a mobile software editor in 2004, and his own consultancy on digital transformation in 2011. He joins Gide to steer the acceleration of the firm's digital transformation.
"Digital transformation follows three driving themes: cybersecurity, strategic cloud choices, and the development of AI to manage data and optimise processes. For Gide, as an international law firm, the challenge is to be able to meet the requirements of its clients, in particular as regards managing and protecting data", indicates Frédéric Levaux.
