Gide assisted the Fédération Française de l'Assurance and the Fund's founding investors in all legal aspects regarding the implementation of this project, in particular its specific governance under the aegis of the Direction Générale du Trésor, the review of the guarantee granted by the State, the structuring and documentation of the PPR Fund, the relations with the lead management company and the managers in charge of managing the PPR Fund's pockets, as well as the terms and conditions of the acquisition by the PPR Fund of the receivables arising from PPRs.

The project team was composed of partner Eric Cartier-Millon (Financing), counsel Samir Bensaker (Specialised Financing and Securitisation), senior associate Clothilde Beau (Investment Funds), associate Céline Curatola (Investment Funds) and associate Yassine Allam (Specialised Financing and Securitisation).
Partner Guillaume Goffin (Investment Funds) was also involved in the structuring of the PPR Fund and in the banking and financial regulation of the PPR Fund's transactions with banks, while partner Antoine Choffel acted on competition law aspects.
The Gide team also included Tristan Lemaire and Myriam Danicourt on the documentation aspects of the PPR Fund.
The umbrella management company of the PPR Fund, Eurotitrisation, was advised by Linklaters (Agathe Motte).
