Gide has advised Jefferies International Limited, as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, and Bryan, Garnier & Co and Kempen & Co, as Joint Bookrunners, as well as Chardan, as Lead Manager, in connection with the €31 million capital increase of Sensorion, reserved to categories of persons.
Sensorion, a French company listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, is a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company which specializes in the development of novel therapies to restore, treat and prevent within the field of hearing loss disorders. The total gross amount of the capital increase reached €31.0 million, through the issue of 18,236,000 new shares at €1.70 per share.
The Gide team was led, with regard to French law aspects, by partner Arnaud Duhamel, assisted by counsel Guilhem Richard and associates Mariléna Gryparis and Victor Delion, as well as, on U.S. law aspects, by partner Melinda Arsouze, assisted by senior associate Scott Logan.
