Gide has advised Oui Open, the French No. 1 in pop-up stores, and its shareholders on the acquisition of its US competitor Storefront, to create the world’s pop-up store leader. Both companies will operate under the name Storefront and will thus be able to meet clients’ increasing demands for the organisation of short-term events, such as pop-up stores, showrooms and private sales. The new group’s offer will cover the rental possibility of over 10,000 area on three continents, i.e. over three million square meters for use as commercial space, in cities such as New York, Paris, London, Hong Kong and San Francisco.
Gide's team comprised partner David-James Sebag and associate Pauline Schaeffer.
