Gide Turkey and it's affiliated firm Özdirekcan Dündar Şenocak Ak (ODSA), have advised Night Train Media, backed by Serafin Group, on the acquisition of Korean media group CJ ENM’s majority stake over Eccho Rights, a Stockholm-headquartered content provider best known for a rich catalogue of Turkish, Scandinavian, Western European and Korean programs.
This acquisition will allow Night Train Media to further broaden its portfolio and to complement its focus on English-language productions.
Night Train Media was assisted by a team led by partner Arpat Şenocak, involving senior associate Iklim Gülsün Aytekin.
