Gide has advised Coorpacademy, the publisher of an online corporate vocational training platform with offices in Switzerland and France, on raising 10 million euros from Serena Capital, Nextstage AM and Debiopharm Investment. Coorpacademy has overthrown vocational training usages by developing an Saas-type platform that integrates the latest learning innovations (such as gamification, flipped classroom, collaborative learning) on a highly flexible basis (short modules, multi-device), compatible with corporate activities, busy schedules, networks and clients. Since its creation in 2013, over 300,000 learners (of which 30% are abroad) have used Coorpacademy.
Gide's team comprised partner David-James Sebag and associate Bruno Laffont.
