Gide's affiliated firm, Özdirekcan Dündar Şenocak Ak (ODSA), has advised AXA Mediterranean Holding S.A.U ("AXA Med") on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Groupama Investment Bosphorus Holding A.Ş. which controls Groupama Sigorta A.Ş. and Groupama Hayat A.Ş.
ODSA is glad to have assisted AXA Med on this strategic acquisition which is a strong reflection of AXA Group's strategy to build scale in its technical lines of business and will allow it to benefit from a strong distribution network in a country where AXA Group has built a very strong franchise.
ODSA assisted Axa Med with a team led by partner Arpat Şenocak, senior associate İklim Gülsün Aytekin and associates Nil Duman and Ecem Nur Aksoy.
