Gide has advised Angelo Gordon on the sale of the "Synergies" real estate complex to SCPI Élysées Pierre, managed by HSBC REIM.
Located in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, this 14,700 sq.m. asset consists of offices fully let to Saipem group, a leader in the engineering and new technologies sector.
The Gide team that advised Angelo Gordon on the legal aspects of this transaction was led by partner Hugues Moreau, together with associate Sibylle Chomel de Varagnes.
The purchaser was assisted by the notary office Attal & Associés.
