Gide advised the banks in the buyback of three series of bonds by Air France-KLM for a total amount of EUR350 million and a new bond issue of EUR750 million

Gide advised a bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft on the tender offer on three series of bonds by Air France-KLM.

Simultaneously, Gide assisted a bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas, Banco Santander S.A, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc on the issuance by Air France-KLM of EUR750 million issue of 1.875 per cent. bonds due 2025 and admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

Gide’s team was led by partners Hubert du Vignaux and Laurent Vincent, assisted by associates Louis Ravaud, Lou Recht and Victor Delion.
