Gide advised Talend, a French company listed on the Nasdaq Market in the United States, on its issuance for an aggregate amount of €139,750,000 of its 1.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2024, by way of a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933.
Gide’s team was comprised of partner Arnaud Duhamel, counsel Théophile Strebelle, and associates Mélanie Simon, Lou Recht and Mariléna Gryparis.
White & Case's Paris team advised the bank syndicate on the French law aspects of the transaction.
