Gide Loyrette Nouel advises OpenGate Capital on the acquisition of Constellium's sites in Ham (Somme region) and Saint-Florentin (Yonne region), specialising in the manufacture of extruded aluminium profiles, essentially for use by the construction market. Constellium is listed on the New York stock exchange, with the Apollo and Rio Tinto funds and the Strategic Investment Fund as reference shareholders.
