23 September 2013: Gide advises L’Oréal on the development of a turnkey building at Vémars in the Val d’Oise département
Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised L'Oréal on the development of a turnkey building by Prologis, a logistics property developer and operator. L'Oréal's new logistics platform will cover around 25,125 sq.m. on the Parc Prologis Vémars industrial park in the Val d'Oise département, to the west of Paris. The project should be delivered mid-2014.
Gide Loyrette Nouel and L'Oréal's legal department worked together on the drafting, negotiation and signing of a lease with Prologis for the building off-plan (bail en l'état futur d'achèvement, BEFA), on premises to be used as warehouses and offices.
L'Oréal and its Legal Department were advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel, with a team comprising partner Stanislas Dwernicki and associate Loris Marghieri.
