Appointment | International Arbitration
The International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS), the 20-strong governing body of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, has elected eight new members who will oversee the administration and finances of the court and appoint arbitrators to resolve disputes at sporting events such as the Olympics and Commonwealth Games.
Carole Malinvaud was appointed member of the ICAS by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for the next four years, from 1 January 2015.
