France | Public Law | Gide, legal counsel to Extérion Média
In a decision dated 9 April 2015, the Paris Administrative Court (Tribunal administratif de Paris) cancelled the tender for the awarding of the public procurement contract for the management of newspaper kiosks in Paris. The judge considered that the City of Paris, which initiated this tender, had not complied with tendering competitive rules by using a competitive dialogue procedure and ruling out the Extérion Média and Derichebourg consortium.
Extérion Média was represented by Gide, with partner Michel Guénaire, counsel Etienne Amblard, and associates Pauline Gallardo and Lila Zarfaoui-Duval.
Derichebourg was represented by CGR Legal, with Fabrice Cassin. The City of Paris was represented by Foussard, with Dominique Foussard and Régis Froger.
