He specialises in Polish and European competition law and consumer law, as well as commercial contracts. He advises on issues related to the application of competition law in various sectors, including retail, telecommunications and media, environmental protection, energy and financial services. He also supports clients in public aid issues.
Szymon graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and attended a course in English and European Law, organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. He has gained professional experience while working in the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection and elsewhere.
