Since 2018, Sonia Boulongne advises listed and non-listed companies on the structuring and implementation of their employee share ownership plans in France and abroad. She also advises on employee savings plans, remuneration and related governance subjects.
Sonia assists French groups in international employee shareholding offers of various types (classic or leveraged offers, through an FCPE, direct shareholding or through other holding arrangements). She also advises on the structuring and implementation of long-term incentive plans (free share allocation, stock option, phantom shares, etc..)
Sonia Boulongne graduated from the ESCP Europe (Master in Management) and holds a Master 1 in Business Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She speaks French, English, Russian and German.
