Casimir Gurda is a trainee advocate and associate; a member of the Litigation and Arbitration practice at Gide Warsaw.
He deals with disputes arising from the severance of economic relations, construction and energy law disputes and disputes involving a French foreign element. He specialises in energy law, including issues connected with the green transition. He also has experience in due diligence investigation in connection with acquisitions of companies.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and has a Master’s degree specialising in French and European business law from the University of Poitiers.
