Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Apolline Couderc is an associate within Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. She mainly assists private and publicly-listed companies on different subjects such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Gide, Apolline worked for a leading French law firm in Paris. She also interned at various American and French law firms, a French bank and the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
Apolline holds an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law and a graduate diploma in business law (Institut de Droit des Affaires) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She also graduated with a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
