Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2002, Alexandra Muñoz specialises in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Alexandra advises major French or foreign companies as well as governments in disputes related to contract law (joint ventures, distribution agreements, construction, public service concessions, State contracts, reinsurance) and in cases related to the protection of investments within the context of ad hoc or institutional arbitral proceedings (ICC, OHADA, ICSID). She also has experience in resolving disputes through conciliation and mediation.

She acts as counsel in various sectors including energy, infrastructures and telecommunications.

Alexandra is a member of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), the Comité Français de l'Arbitrage, the editorial board of the International Business Law Journal, the International Arbitration Institute and Arbitral Women.

Alexandra is fluent in Spanish, English and French and works in these three languages.
