Lawyers from Gide Warsaw advised Mindspace on its new co-working space opened in the Skyliner skyscraper at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.
The Gide team, led by Błażej Czwarnok (partner in the Real Estate practice), supported Mindspace during the negotiation of the lease agreement for the premises with Karimpol Polska.
Mindspace’s new 4,400 m² offices in the Skyliner Building are spread over three floors and offer more than 600 workstations, including private offices, meeting rooms and lounge areas.
This is Mindspace's second project in Poland and the second on which the Gide Warsaw team advised. The firm's lawyers previously supported the Israeli company in leasing office space in Hala Koszyki.
Mindspace currently has 40 co-working spaces located in 20 cities and seven countries in Europe, the United States and Israel.
Skyliner is one of Warsaw's tallest office buildings, stretching up 195 m and offering 49,000 m² of usable space on 42 floors. The building features, among other things, modern Class A office space, a five-storey car park for 432 cars, 330 parking spaces for bicycles and special areas for scooters. Skyliner is BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level. Tenants include companies such as MicroStrategy, X-Trade Brokers (XTB), DXC Technology and Luxoft, Colonnade Insurance, iTechArt, Booksy, Bolt, Onwelo, Capital.com and Tarkett. The investment was carried out by Karimpol Group.
