Rupert est un Barrister anglais et un Avocat à la Cour. Il dirige l'équipe de résolution des litiges du cabinet à Londres. Il est spécialisé dans l'arbitrage international relatif à la construction, aux joint ventures, à l'aérospatiale et au commerce international.
Après avoir commencé sa carrière comme Barrister à Londres en 1992, Rupert a rejoint Gide Loyrette Nouel à Paris en 1995 et est devenu associé en 2001. Il a rejoint le bureau de Gide à Londres en 2012.
Rupert intervient en tant que conseil dans des procédures d'arbitrage en anglais et/ou en français, le plus souvent selon les règles de la CCI ou de la LCIA. Il a également plaidé devant des tribunaux soumis à diverses règles institutionnelles en Asie, au Moyen-Orient et en Europe centrale. Il est "un excellent avocat qui maîtrise les détails techniques de projets complexes".
Rupert est régulièrement désigné comme arbitre. Il est membre du Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
