Jean-Philippe Pons-Henry est Associé au sein du Département de Contentieux Pénal et Commercial du Cabinet Gide et spécialisé dans les activités pré-contentieuses et contentieuses.

Jean-Philippe Pons-Henry intervient dans des litiges à dominante financière, qu'ils se développent devant les juridictions civiles, commerciales ou pénales, ainsi que dans le cadre de procédures de sanction, d'enquête ou de contrôle diligentées par les autorités de supervision ou de régulation (AMF, ACPR, CRE...).

Il pilote également des missions d'investigations internes et assiste les clients du cabinet pour évaluer leurs programmes de conformité, que ce soit en matière bancaire ou financière ou plus généralement au titre de la lutte contre la corruption ou le blanchiment

Il est diplômé de l'Essec (2000), titulaire d'une maîtrise en droit public et droit des affaires (2002 - Paris X Nanterre), et de la qualification de Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA - 2009).
