A lawyer by vocation and Officer of the Légion d'honneur, Philippe Nouel joined Pierre Gide's law firm in 1949, before founding, alongside Jean Loyrette, the Gide Loyrette Nouel association in 1957.
Until his last moments, he remained deeply attached to our firm, closely following its development, sharing its dynamism and remaining confident in its future.
A visionary, Philippe Nouel's ambition was to build and pass on. His greatest pride, beyond his family, was to see our firm grow, innovate and rise to the challenges it faced.
