Paweł Wasiel specialises in banking & finance law. He advises Polish and foreign banks and financial institutions in project finance, property finance and infrastructure projects. He has also taken part in numerous real estate lease-back and movable assets leasing transactions, and advised on many transactions on the issuance of mortgage bonds and debt instruments.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and from the Spanish and European Law Centre of the University of Warsaw. He also gained an Erasmus scholarship at the Complutense University in Madrid.
He speaks Polish, English and Spanish.
