New York international tax senior associate Zach Pouga has been selected as a 40 Under 40 for both the American Bar Association and the National Bar Association!
The American Bar Association runs the prestigious awards programme, "On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers", annually recognising the top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 in the United States who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and service to the profession and their communities.
Similarly, through its "Top 40 Under 40 - Nation's Best Advocates", the U.S. National Bar Association honours the nation's top 40 lawyers under the age of 40. The awardees typically represent a cross-section of legal professionals, including big law firm, small, solo and industry practitioners, government lawyers, judges, academicians, corporate counsels, and young elected officials, all of whom are using their law degree in innovative and community impacting ways that help advance the goals and mission of the Bar.
It is a tremendous honour for any U.S. lawyer to receive such significant national recognition for their work and talent, and being recognised by both national bodies is a very rare privilege indeed.
