Piotr Brzeziński, a doctor in legal sciences and a legal advisor at Gide's Warsaw office, has been officially appointed to the Public Procurement Law Association, for Polish lawyers specialising in public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions for works and services.
As the founders note, the aim of the Public Procurement Law Association is to exchange and disseminate knowledge on public procurement law, using the best international models and promoting professional ethics among everyone dealing with this area of law, as well as to be a platform enabling lawyers to play an active part in the public debate over the public procurement system and the practices of law.
Piotr is an active and valued member of Gide Warsaw’s Energy, Infrastructure Projects and Public Procurement team. His clients include a number of leading companies from the oil & gas, postal services and transport sectors.
