Gide Loyrette Nouel and Viguié Schmidt Peltier Juvigny have advised French banks BNP Paribas, La Banque Postale and Société Générale on the implementation of a new remote payment solution, Paylib.
Considering the specifics of the partnership between the three banks, this operation required the drafting of innovative documentation.
The Gide team was comprised of partner Jean-Marc Desaché, with associates Edgard Nguyen and Vincent Ramel, on the Mergers & Acquisitions aspects, and partner Thierry Dor, with associate Laurie-Anne Evra-Ancenys, on the aspects of law related to new technologies.
