Gide, counsel to the banks on EUR 1 billion financing for the LBO of Ardian on medical biology group Inovie
Gide’s team lead by partner Eric Cartier-Millon with counsel Nathalie Benoit and associates Margaux Allilaire and Margaux Lefebvre, has advised the banks on the senior financing of nearly EUR 1 billion to fund the acquisition by Ardian of a minority stake in Labosud, the head company of Inovie group (the leading medical biology group in France). The bank syndicate consisted of BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Natixis, UniCredit Bank AG and Société Générale.
